1. Extract files with Winrar or 7-Zip
2. Double click setup_bat
3. Play the game
After installing the game, there should be an icon of Sims 3 located in your desktop.
Double click it and if it doesn't work go to the game folder located in The Sims 3 - Game - Bin - and double click "TS3".
It should open up the game. The launcher in the game directory can also run the game.
